Ingredients
- 1/2 lb.sausage
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tbs. dried oregano
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 3 cans crescent rolls
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 (8 oz) pkg. sliced mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Brown meats & drain. Add onion, garlic, oregano, & tomato sauce & simmer while you make the filling.
Mix cottage cheese, beaten egg, & Parmesan cheese.
Unroll crescent rolls, place 1 1/2 cans on cookie sheet & press side together to form a rectangle. Spread half meat mixture on dough & top with cottage cheese mix. Spread on remaining meat mixture & top with mozzarella cheese slices. Cover with remaining dough, pressing to seal all edges. Brush with milk & sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
