CINNAMON RAISIN BUBBLE BREAD

Ingredients
- 2 loaves (16 ounces each) frozen sweet dough, thawed
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- Makes 1 loaf

Step 1
Place both loaves of thawed dough on a lightly floured work surface.
Divide raisins in half and knead into each loaf of dough.
Cover dough with a clean towel; let rest 15 minutes.
Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl; set aside.
Coat a tube pan with cooking spray.
Cut each loaf of dough into 16 pieces.
Shape each piece of dough into a ball.
Roll dough balls in melted butter, then in sugar mixture.
Layer dough balls in prepared pan.
Sprinkle dough balls with any remaining sugar mixture.
Cover; let rise until almost double in size, 30-45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bake until golden brown, 25-35 minutes.
Transfer pan to wire rack to cool slightly.
Remove bread from pan to serving platter. Serve warm.
