Ingredients
- ◾4 – 5 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- ◾1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- ◾3 tbsp. packed Brown Sugar
- ◾1 tsp. Ground Ginger
- ◾1 Garlic Clove, Minced
- ◾1/4 tsp. Black Ground Pepper
- ◾1 can of Pineapple Rings {use juice only for marinade… set pineapple rings aside}
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except pineapple rings, and stir.
Add all ingredients to freezer ziploc bag, then place in the refrigerator to marinate, turning and flipping every few hours if desired.
Or… place directly in the freezer, for some pre-marinated chicken later! {just pull out of the freezer, and defrost in the fridge… letting all of the yummy flavors soak into the chicken}.
When you’re ready for dinner {after several hours of marinating, or up to a day later}, just remove the chicken from the bag, toss the marinade out, and grill. Take the pineapple rings that you set aside, and grill those, too!
