Ingredients
- Pickling Mixture:
- 1 Cup white vinegar
- 4 Tablespoons sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Kosher salt
- 2 Tablespoons mustard seeds
- 1 Cup water
- Cut up vegetables, bite size
Preparation
Step 1
Heat all but water and vegetables until sugar and salt are dissolved.
Add water and pour over vegetables making sure all are covered
with the liquid.
