Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced potatoes
  • 2-3 cups chopped ham ( leftover works great)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 TBS. flour
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 TBS. oleo
  • 1 1/2-1 3/4 cup milk ( no skim)

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse potatoes in cold water. Drain.
Melt butter in saucepan, add flour, salt and pepper. Add milk, stir and cook until thick. Place Potatoes and ham in a greased casserole, I usually alternate layers. Cover with white sauce, bake uncovered 350 for 1-1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
