Ingredients
- 1 pkg (20 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tbs water
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- Pinch salt
- 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 carton (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 2 to 3 kiwifruit, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 to 2 firm bananas, sliced
- 1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 cup seedless red grape halves

Step 1
Pat cookie dough onto an ungreased 14-inch pizza pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until browned; cool. For glaze, combine the sugar, orange juice, water, lemon juice, cornstarch and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Cool.
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust. Arrange fruit on top. Brush with glaze. Chill until serving.
Yield: 16-20 servings.
