Ingredients
- 4-6 oz. jars artichoke hearts in oil - I use Cara Mia for flavor
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1 # shredded cheddar
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 small chopped onions
- 2 cloves minced garlic
Preparation
Step 1
Saute art. hearts, nion, garlic. Beat eggs -- mix with onion mixture. Pour into buttered 13" pyrex. Bake 325 oven for 30 min.
