Homemade Poupon

Ingredients

  • 3 3/4 oz. dry mustard
  • 1 Cup cider vinegar
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

In a double boiler over medium heat, combine ingredients. Cook over simmering water 2-3 hours, stirring occassionally. Let cool. Pour into sterilized 4-oz glass canning jars. (leave head space) Seal and refrigerate.
