Spice Rub for beef

This spice rub is perfect for all cuts of beef. Its also good on chicken.
My favorite way to use it is on Flank Steak for Carne Asada Tacos.

Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons House seasoning
- 2/3 Cup Mexican chili powder (regular chili Powder works just fine)
- 3 Tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons ground black pepper ( I use corse ground)
- 4 teaspoons dried oregano
- 4 teaspoons ground cumin
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together
Spread spice rub evenly over both sides of meat
Let stand for about 1 hour.
Grill
I double the recipe and store it in a glass jar with a tight lid.
