Glazed Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 8 cups popped popcorn
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 tbsp corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup brown or white sugar or mix both
  • 1 pkg (4 serving size) any flavour Jello gelatin

Preparation

Step 1

Heat butter and syrup in small pan on low heat. Stir in sugar and Jello. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce to low and gently simmer for 5 minutes. Pour immediately over popcorn, tossing to coat well. Spread evenly on tinfoil lined baking sheet. Bake @ 300 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool and break into pieces.
