Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef (chuck)
- 3 oz. onions (chopped)
- crisco
- 3 oz. paprika
- 2 med. potatoes (diced)
- 1 t. carraway seeds
- 1 t. marjoram
- 1 small can tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- 1 green pepper (sliced thin)
- 1 c. saurkraut

Preparation
Step 1
Brown the cubed beef. Add rest of ingredients. Add water (couple quarts)till covered about 3 inches. When meat is tender, add potatoes. Cook at great length. Thicken with cornstarch but still like soup.
