BBQ Hotdogs

This is a recipe that Grandpa and Nanna Jobes made when the girls went out to visit. Now, it is one of the girls' favorite meals!!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 8 - 10 Hotdogs
  • 1/4 - 1/3 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Add the ingredients, EXCEPT the hotdogs, to a glass baking dish (We use a glass bread pan). Mix the ingredients together well. Cut the hotdogs in half lengthwise. leaving just a small part of the two halves attached. Lay the hotdogs in the sauce in the dish and cover with foil. Bake the hotdogs at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes. Serve hot over rice.
