Boudain Stuffed Chicken

Ingredients

  • 12 oz pkg Boudain links
  • 4-6 large chicken breasts
  • 4-6 slices bacon
  • 3/4 cup Italian dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Remove casing from the Boudain. Cut into pieces (however many pieces of chicken you have). Cut open the chicken breast and season. Place boudain inside long ways. Fold up chicken and secure with toothpicks or cooking string (I found it easier to use the string). Wrap a piece of bacon around each chicken breast and secure with a toothpick. Place in a glass dish and pour dressing over the top. Allow to marinate about an hour.

Set grill to medium heat. Grill chicken for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
