Lemon Poke Cake

I love lemony desserts!

Ingredients

• 1 yellow cake mix
• 1 Lemon pudding - instant
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup oil
• 3/4 cup water (sub lemon juice for at least 1/2 of the water)
• 1/2 tsp lemon extract
• GLAZE
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1/3 cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together and pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Cook according to cake mix instructions. While hot, poke holes in cake with a fork.

Pour glaze over cake while still warm
