  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can (151/2 oz)whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (151/2 oz)cream-corn
  • 1 pkg. (81/2 oz)corn muffin mix (Jiffy)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (Sharp optional)

Wisk cream cheese and mild until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended.

Pour into 13.9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
