ULTIMATE CHOCOLATE CAKE RECIPE
Got this from Canadian Living in February 2014.. interesting recipe... and very, very moist and tasty !!

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup cocoa
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups cooled brewed coffee or water
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 tbsp. cider vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
Combine coffee, oil and vinegar. Stir in vinegar. Whisk with dry ingredients.
Bake in 13 x 9 pan for 30-35 minutes
Bake in 2 - 9" round pans for 25-30 minutes.
Bake cupcakes for 18-20 minutes
