Ingredients
- One bag of shredded coconut, unsweet
- cheese cloth
- 1.5 cups of hot water
- 7/8 cup of coconut (just under one cup)

Preparation
Step 1
pour coconut into blender
add one cup water
blend on high for 3-4 minutes
pour into cheese cloth and squeeze all milk out
return coconut pulp to blender and add rest of water
blend again
strain again
Store milk in a jar and refrigerate
