Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 16 oz can Hershey Choc Syrup
- 2 cups confectioners sugar
- 12 oz choco chips
- 2 Tsp creme de menthe
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all but last 3 ingredients & beat until smooth. Grease or spray 9X13 pan. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes til toothpick inserted comes out clean. When cool spread with (after beating) 2 cups confectioners sugar, 1/2 cup margarine, 2 Tsp creme de menthe. When cool melt 12oz choco chips & 1/2 cup margarine. Spread over creme de menthe layer. Put in refrigerator for a while then cut into squares
