BUTTERY CHOCOLATE ICING
Got this from Canadian Living February 2014 - very creamy - but high fat !!

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups icing sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 4 oz unsweetened chocolate melted and cooled
Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate and cool.
Beat butter till light and fluffy. Add cream and vanilla. Beat in icing sugar and salt till smooth. Add chocolate and scrape bowl until well combined - about 2 minutes.
Double recipe for a layer cake.
