We had this at every Thanksgiving and Christmas with Turkey.

Ingredients
- 1 lb cranberries
- 2 c water
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 1/2 c to 2 c sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Cook 1 lb. cranberries in 2 c water - when well cooked strain throu a folly mill or good sized strainer
Add 2 c. water-
1 1/2 - 2 c. sugar-
cool-
Put in ice trays & freeze - when almost frozen - put in bowl & beat with electric mixture or hand mixer -
stir jist long inouf to make mushy -
Put back in freezer & freeze solid-
Take out a few minutes before you want Dillae
