Rolo Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 3/4 tsp soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 cup flour

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together butter, peanut butter, sugars, egg and vanilla. Then add soda, salt and flour. Mix well

Roll dough into 1" balls and place in greased mini muffin pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove pan from oven and press Rolo candy into the center of each cookie. Allow to cool before removing from pan.

Can us Reese's miniature peanut butter cups as well.

Recipe yields 3-4 dozen cookies.
