Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 8oz. can crushed pineapple-drained well
  • 2 bananas- sliced
  • 1 cup fresh whole strawberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • Hershey Bar- grated
  • Marachino Cherries
  • 9 " baked pie shell

Preparation

Step 1

Blend butter, sugar, vanilla and egg for 20 minutes. Scaping bowl often, then spread into pie shell and refrigerate 2 hour.

Drain pineapple and coat banana slices with pinneapple juice. When filling is set top with pineapple, then sliced bananas, then strawberries. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with peanuts, chocolate curls and then a cherry on each pie slice. Refrigerate for several hours prior to serving.
