Ingredients
- 1 can (25 to 28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 2 cans (15 oz each) chili beans in sauce
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, undrained
- 1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, undrained
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups leftover chopped cooked turkey
- 2 to 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated golden corn biscuits (8 biscuits)
- Sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese, if desired
Preparation
Step 1
1 Spray 4 to 5 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients except biscuits in slow cooker.
2 Cover; cook on Low heat setting 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally, until chili is hot.
3 Meanwhile, bake biscuits as directed on can. Serve biscuits with chili. Top chili with sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese, if desired.
Use leftover chopped ham or ground beef in place of the turkey.
