  • 1/2 cup chilled pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 - 2 cup ice

Add the juice, yogurt and berries to a blender. Cover and blend until pureed.
