Spinach Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup finely crushed herb-seasoned dry bread stuffing mix - pulse in food processor to crush.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg, beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Chill about 1/2 hour. Roll into small balls and place on a baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned.
