Party Meatballs

Ingredients

• SAUCE:
• 2 cups quick-cooking oats
• 1 cup onion, finely chopped
• 2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp chili powder
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 3 pounds ground beef
• 2 cups ketchup
• 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup onion, chopped
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 can evaporated milk

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls.

Place in 3 greased 13x9x2 baking dishes. Combine the sauce ingredients; pour over meatballs. Bake, uncovered, at 325* for 1 hour or until meat is no longer pink.
