*CARIBBEAN STYLE PORK TERDERLOIN

Step 1

take 2 (8-12 oz) pork tenderloins. In small bowl mix 2 tsp dried oregano, 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin, 1 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1/2 tsp pepper and rub over tenderloins and refigerate 12-24 hours. WE TRIED THIS 11/13 AND IT WAS VERY GOOD. CAN ALSO SERVE WITH PINEAPPLE SLICES AND LIME WEDGES.
