We used the peanut butter chips. Next time we will try the mini Reese's. She recommends Duncan Hines which I used, but I don't see that it matters! Mine only made 15 cupcakes & some of the reviews stated they got 12-15 as well.

Peanut Butter Brownie Cupcakes 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 1 box fudge brownie mix
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips or 24 mini Reese's

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Line muffin cups with cupcake liners. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions for cake-like brownies. Fill cups with 2 TB batter. Put a few peanut butter chips or 1 Reese's in the center. Top with 2 TB batter. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until cupcakes are set. Press a few peanut butter chips into the top of each cupcake while they're hot.
