Spicy Paprika & Lime Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Chicken Breast Cut into tenderloins strips
- 5 tsps. sweet paprika
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper or chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. Celtic salt or sea salt
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 1 tsp. Coriander seeds powder
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 2 tsps. tomato paste
- 2 limes (zest + juice from one lime for the marinade and juice from the second when serving)
- Coconut oil for frying

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all marinade ingredients together in large bowl. After rinsing chicken use your hands to rub marinade into each piece and then wrap in cling wrap and set aside for at least 1 hour.
Grill the chicken either on a BBQ or in a pan. If in a pan do not over crowd the pieces in order to avoid stewing the meat.
