Ingredients

  • Lentils
  • Celery
  • Carrots
  • Onion
  • 1 box Pomi-Strained
  • Olive OIl
  • Bay leaves

Details

Preparation

Step 1

Wash and pick over the lentils
Soak lentils in water for about 2 hours
Saute chopped onion, celery and carrots in olive oil until softened
Add lentils and cover with water
Add Pomi-Strained and bay leaves
Cook until lentils are cooked and liquids are reduced to create a thick soup
Add grated cheese and black pepper and salt
