Ingredients
- 4 oz linguine
- 2 T. butter
- 1 cup sliced or chopped fresh broccoli
- 1 cup sliced or chopped fresh cauliflower
- 1 med, carrot thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup green onion, sliced
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 clove garlic,minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 cups fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
- grated parmesan cheese

Step 1
Cook linguine, drain, and keep warm. melt butter in 10 in. skillet. Stir in broccoli, carrot, cauliflower, onion, garlic, basil, salt and pepper. Cook for 6-7 minutes or until vegetables are just tender. Add mushrooms. Cook 2 more minutes Add wine. Cover and cook 2 minutes. Stir in cooked linguine. Toss. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve. Each serving contains 191 calories and 26 carbs.
