Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups vinegar
- 1 1/8 Cups sugar
- 1 quart tomato sauce
- 3 Tbs salt
- 3 Tbs dry mustard
- 3/4 Tbs red pepper flakes
- 1/2 Cup water
- 1/2 Cup ground onion
- 1/4 Cup ground celery
- 1 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1 Tbs chili powder
- 6 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
Preparation
Step 1
In a large pot combine all ingredients on the edge of grill or on stove top. Cook over low heat for 30 - 35 minutes until vegetables are tender. Yields 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 quarts.
Cool marinade and pour over beef ribs , marinate over night.
