Glazed Baby Carrots

  • 1 pound peeled baby carrots
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp grated orange peel
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp parsley



Step 1

Steam carrots until tender.

In skillet, combine orange juice and brown sugar. Mix well. Stir in carrots and orange peel. Cook on medium-high until orange juice mix thickens, 5 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and parsley. Toss to combine.
