Nutella Lava Mug Cake

This is so delicious, you will want to have 2 servings! So quick and simple to make. Great for those sweet tooth cravings!

Ingredients

• 4 tbsps. self-rising flour, sifted
• 3 tbsps. unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
• 4 tbsps. sugar
• 1 egg
• 3 tbsps. Nutella
• 3 tbsps. milk
• 3 tbsps. olive or vegetable/canola oil
• 1 tsp. chocolate chips

Step 1

1. Mix all the ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, in a medium bowl with a whisk until smooth.
2. Pour into a large mug or two smaller teacups. Add the chocolate chips in center of batter and push down so that they are covered completely.
3. Microwave for 1 minute, 10 seconds until cake is puffed up and glossy. Microwaves vary, so the cooking time can also vary from 30 seconds to 3 minutes. Keep an eye on it.
