Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Asian Sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 large clove of garlic minced
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts halves
