Dark Musrard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dark mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

Preparation

Step 1

In a deep bowl, mix together the mustard, dry mustard, sugar, and vinegar to make a paste. Slowly whisk in the oil until the sauce is the consistency of thick mayonnaise. Stir in the dill.
