Mexi-corn Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 (11 oz.) cans Mexican-style corn, drained
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayo
  • 1 c. chopped green onion
  • 1 4-oz. can diced green chilies, drained
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbs. minced garlic
  • 1 fresh jalapeno, chopped
  • 1 8-oz. package Mexican shredded cheese blend

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos.
