Crab Melts

Ingredients

• One Package of English Muffins
• Crab Meat
• 1 stick of butter, room temp
• 1 jar of Old English Sharp Cheddar Cheese, room temp
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Cut English muffins in half. Mix all other ingredients. Spread on English muffins then cut into fourths. Freeze for at least 1/2 hour. Broil until they puff up and bubbly and are slightly golden brown.
