Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 1 1/4 Cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup better (softened)
- 1 3oz pkg cream cheese
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 1 cup sifted confectioner's sugar
- 1 Tbsp softened butter
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves

Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, sugar baking powder and salt. Cut in butter and cream cheese until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add coconut and preserves. Mix well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool then frost.
