Hidden Valley Boursin Cheese

Ingredients

• 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
• 1 T. Dijon mustard
• 1 t. minced garlic
• round French bread

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl, beat all ingredients except bread with electric mixer until blended. Spoon into 3-cup serving bowl. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before serving. To serve, slice off top of French bread. Remove inside, leaving 1/4" thick shell. Spoon cheese mixture into bread shell. Garnish with parsley and serve with additional French bread and vegetables, as desired.
