Joan's Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 4 large cans tomato sauce
  • 1 large can tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 3/4 cup dried parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tbsp. either garlic salt or chilled minced garlic
  • 1 large diced onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Brown the ground beef and drain the fat. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil but turn down immediately and simmer for 1-2 hours.  Stir often.
