Easy baguettes

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • Olive oil
  • Any mix ins

Preparation

Step 1

Put flour salt and yeast in food processor. Blend
Add water through feed tube while mixing

Let rise 2-3 hours

Divide into three parts

Let rise 1-2 hours on baguette pans
Slash tops
Brush tops with oil

Bake at 450 for 18-20 minutes
