Elaine's Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 - 16 oz. can of Hershey's syrup
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • I use self-rising

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together well. These brownies are so moist, frosting isn't necessary. Spread in a 9x13 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

**During the holidays, also add candied fruit for a special version.
