Icebox Fruit Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 1/2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 1/4 cups coconut
  • 1 small jar maraschino cherries, chopped (reserve juice)
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup chopped dates
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 1/4 cups evaporated milk

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl mix all ingredients well. If dry, add reserved cherry juice. Wrap in saran wrap and put back in graham cracker box. Refrigerate for two weeks. Remove and slice into bars.
