Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 3-1/2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup raisins
- 1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1-1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups grated or chopped zucchini
- 3 tsp cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
put eggs, oil, zucchini in mixer. Mix together well then mix dry ingredients and zucchini mixture, stirring in the zucchini.
Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans or an angel cake pan. Place on low rack in 350 degree oven for one hour. Let stand 10 mins.
