Ingredients
- 2 Gallons Cold Water
- 3/4 C. Kosher Salt, rinsed
- 2 C. Brown Sugar
- 3 C. Apple Cider
- 2 T. Allspice
- 2 T. Peppercorn
- Fresh Rosemary, Thyme, Bay Leaf
- Whole Head of Garlic
- 3 Large Oranges, quartered

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all in a stock pot, bring to a boil, then chill.
To Brine: Add turkey and ice for 12-24 hours.
