Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 t salt
- 1 t cold water
- 1 egg white
- 1 lb pecan halves
Preparation
Step 1
Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt in a bowl … set aside
In separate bowl mix water and egg white until frothy in a mixing bowl
Stir 1 lb of pecan halves into the egg white mixture.
Add the dry ingredients, stir well.
Spread on cookie sheet and cook for 1 hour at 225 degrees, stirring occasionally to keep from burning.
