Ingredients

  • 2 Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano
  • 3-4 Lemons
  • 1 Medium Onion - Sliced
  • Ziplock Bag
  • Foil

Step 1

Sprinkle both sides with Salt and Pepper to taste. Using a needler, pierce the skin of each breast (both sides). Throw them in a large Ziploc bag and squeeze about 3 or 4 lemons into the bag, lock it up but make sure you squeeze as much of the air out as possible. Then put it in the fridge to marinate for at least an hour. Line a deep dish Pyrex baking dish with foil; layer the foil with 1/2 of the sliced onion. Place chicken breast and marinade on top of onions: sprinkle second half of sliced onion over top of chicken; cover dish with a second piece of foil and place in the oven at 350°F. Deepening on your oven, cook it for 30-45 minutes. So that the Chicken doesn't dry, flip the chicken over mid cooking..

Remove top piece of foil and sprinkle Oregano over Chicken breast; bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes

Remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes
