Peanut Butter Bar Delight

Ingredients

• TOPPING:
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• Mix above 2 ingredients first
• then...
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• Mix again
• add...
• 1 cup scolded milk with
• 2 tbs. butter
• Mix again
• Pour mixture into greased cookie sheet (with sides)
• Bake 350 for 20 minutes
• Use 12 oz. jar peanut butter - spread over while hot - cool in frige or freezer (about 15 minutes)
• 2 16oz. chocolate bars (Hershey’s) with
• 2 tbs. butter (I usually leave out the butter, it’s smoother without it)
• Melt to spread over top - refrigerate/freeze (20 min) to cool
• After cooled, do not keep in cookie sheet, cut into squares and remove from pan.
