Herb Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 T dry white wine
  • 1 T finely chopped green onion
  • 2 tsp. minced parsley
  • 1 tsp. minced thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. finely chopped garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Place one stick of butter in bowl to soften. Add above ingredients and blend. Place of waxed paper and roll into a log or store in a bowl. Chill for at least 2 hours. Once chilled serve on fresh ears of corn.
